Technical Labor Refund requests are managed with a focus on fairness and professional integrity at Ebooking IT Solutions. My goal is to ensure client satisfaction while protecting the time and expertise invested in every deployment.
Clients are eligible for a 100% Technical Labor Refund if the request is made before any technical work has commenced or before any digital credentials have been issued. If I have not yet started your deployment, you are entitled to your money back.
Once the "Deployment" or "Integration" service has been delivered (via email or remote setup), the service is considered "consumed." I cannot offer refunds for completed labor. This includes scenarios where:
If a technical error occurs during deployment that prevents the system from functioning, I will first offer a priority re-deployment or troubleshooting session. If the issue cannot be resolved by my technical standards, a partial or full refund will be issued at my discretion.
