IT Service Agreement

This IT Service Contract is a binding legal agreement between the Client and Ebooking IT Solutions. By purchasing a service on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Service

Ebooking IT Solutions provides "Deployment," "Configuration," and "Optimization" services. We are service providers. We do not claim ownership of third-party software intellectual property. You are paying for the expertise required to set up these environments on your hardware.

2. Client Obligations

You agree to provide a compatible hardware environment for the requested service. You are responsible for backing up critical data before the commencement of any remote labor.

3. Limitation of Liability

While I strive for perfection, Ebooking IT Solutions is not liable for data loss, hardware incompatibility, or user-error software corruption that occurs after the service has been successfully delivered and verified.

4. Service Warranty

All deployments come with a 30-Day Configuration Warranty. I will provide support for the specific configuration performed for 30 days after delivery.
